Manang Kusinera (kusinanimanang.blogspot.com) attempts to make longganisa. I used 3 recipes, but this vid focuses on the how, not the recipes, using my Kitchen Aid Sausage Stuffer attachment, and hog casing which I got from onestopjerkyshop.com (from where I also got the curing salt and butcher's twine). I did this twice, and combined video clips from the two events. It's almost Christmas so I used a Christmas song as background. I hope you enjoy watching!
